Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

This page explains what data we may hold, how to request its deletion, and what to expect. It also serves as our data deletion instructions for users who connect a Facebook or Instagram account to enter our promotions.

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

• Newsletter data: your email address, optional name, subscription status, and the source/attribution of your signup (for example, the campaign or referrer that led you to subscribe).
• Giveaway entries: your email, the steps you completed, and any Instagram username and tagged-friend information collected for verifying a giveaway entry.
• Social login data: if you used "Continue with Facebook" to verify a giveaway entry, the public profile information and linked Instagram username returned by Meta. We do not store your Facebook password, and we do not post on your behalf.
• Account and order data: if you created an account or made a purchase, the information associated with that account and those orders.

To request deletion of your data, choose whichever is easiest:

• Email us at privacy@m2-labs.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please send from, or include, the email address associated with your data so we can locate it.
• Newsletter only: you can remove yourself from our mailing list immediately using the unsubscribe link in any email, or our unsubscribe page.

To help us verify your request, please include the email address and (if applicable) the Instagram username you used to enter a giveaway.

Once we receive and verify your request:

• We will delete or anonymize the personal data we hold about you, including any Instagram username and tagged-friend data collected for a giveaway.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
• We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes) or to prevent fraud. We will tell you if any such exception applies.

If you connected via "Continue with Facebook", you can also revoke our app's access directly from Meta:

• Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find the M2 Labs app and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops future access. To also delete the data we have already stored, please still send us a deletion request as described above.
