These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M2-Labs LLC ("M2 Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms:

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Returns and warranty matters are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty.

From time to time we run giveaways, contests, or promotions ("Promotions"), which are subject to these Terms and any additional rules we publish for that Promotion:

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of M2 Labs and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Entry: Entry steps (such as following or liking our social media accounts, tagging friends in a comment, and subscribing to our newsletter) will be described on the Promotion page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Social media: Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release these platforms from any responsibility.
• Winner selection: Winners are selected from eligible entries that have completed all required steps. We may verify eligibility and disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries at our sole discretion.
• Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time.

All content on the Site is the property of M2 Labs or its licensors:

This includes text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, which are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us (such as reviews, comments, or entries to a Promotion):

You grant M2 Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our business. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available":

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2 Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not affect any product warranty we expressly provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

M2 Labs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any Promotion, or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M2 Labs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
