Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your M2-Labs pedal purchase:

Return Window: You may return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories included.

Custom Orders: Custom-built or modified pedals cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at returns@m2-labs.com to request an RMA before shipping your return.
Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Step 1: Contact us at returns@m2-labs.com within 30 days of purchase to request an RMA number.

Step 2: Include your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

Step 3: We'll respond within 1-2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.

Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 5: Ship the item back to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
Most items can be returned within our 30-day window, with some exceptions:

Returnable Items:
  • Standard production pedals in unused condition
  • Accessories and cables (unopened/unused)
  • Gift certificates (within 30 days, unused)

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-built or modified pedals (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned without RMA authorization
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Defective Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all costs.

Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or made a shipping error, we'll cover return shipping costs.

Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
We process refunds promptly once we receive your returned item:

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Bank Processing: Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-10 business days to process the refund.

Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus any return shipping fees (if applicable). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Yes! We're happy to process exchanges for different models or colors:

Exchange Process: Follow the same RMA process and specify that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund.

Price Differences: If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we can process a refund or place you on a waitlist.

Exchange Shipping: We'll ship your exchange item once we receive and process your returned item.

Time Frame: The original 30-day return window applies to exchanges.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right:

Manufacturing Defects: Items with manufacturing defects can be returned at any time within the first year for repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@m2-labs.com with photos of the damage.

Our Response: We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.

Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty policy. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.

Documentation: Please include photos and a description of the issue when contacting us about defective items.
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns:

No Restocking Fees: Standard returns in original condition within 30 days have no restocking fees.

Exceptions: Custom orders that are returned due to customer error may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: While we don't charge restocking fees, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
International customers can return items, with some additional considerations:

Return Process: Same 30-day return window and RMA process applies to international orders.

Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties.

Customs Forms: Mark returned items as "Returned Merchandise" on customs forms to avoid additional duties.

Insurance Recommended: Use trackable, insured shipping for international returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method used for purchase.
